Introductory Training on Conflict Analysis and Conflict Resolution for the ASEAN Secretariat and ASEAN bodies/centres/entities

The Training on Conflict Analysis and Conflict Resolution was held from 19–21 November 2025 as a flagship collaboration between the ASEAN-IPR and the CMI – Martti Ahtisaari Peace Foundation. The programme brought together 19 participants from the ASEAN Secretariat, ASEAN bodies, centres and entities, as well as ASEAN Member States.

Jointly developed by ASEAN-IPR and CMI, the training featured interactive sessions on conflict analysis and conflict resolution, including discussions on the mandates and roles of key international and regional organisations in peace and security. Participants also explored practical approaches that ASEAN and its Member States could consider in addressing conflict-related challenges.
