ASEAN-IPR Study Visit on

General

In 2019, the ASEAN-IPR conducted its very first Study Visit, through the generous invitation from the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFR) under the ASEAN-Switzerland Sectoral Dialogue Partnership for three days study visit in Switzerland. On this occasion, ASEAN-IPR engaged and had fruitful exchanges with various like-minded institution with similar objective that aimed at promoting culture of peace. 

Objective

  1. Share experiences, lessons learned and best practices on Peace Facilitation in support of the ASEAN-IPR’s research, capacity building and pools of expertise functions
  2. Introduce the Institute to the Swiss Government – its mandates, functions, objectives and work to date; and touch base on the development of the Institute’s international network.
